Have you ever needed to re-sort, or re-order your GradeQuick Roster? Maybe a student dropped, or added and you need GradeQuick to reflect your “paper” gradebook, …life would be so much easier. Well check out my instructions for doing just that, there is no reason why your GradeQuick gradebook should be any different than your “paper” gradebook. Good Luck, I look forward to your comments. j

This podcast steps you through the 6 steps involved in using MailMerge with MSWord. However, remember that MailMerge is for more than mail! MailMerge may be used to create name tags, certificates, catalogs, envelopes and labels in addition to the obvious, letters. The same steps emphasized here may also be used in MSPublisher. Think outside the box and find other ways to use MailMerge in your classroom. j
